Refund policy

At Carson Tucker Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized artwork
• Digital downloads
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
